FAQ & Return Policy

What is your shipping policy?

All prints and products are carefully packaged and shipped out of Holli Hartman’s studio in Texas. You can expect your order to ship within 3-7 days of your purchase date. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

DOMESTIC

We currently use UPS and USPS for shipping orders within the United States.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders outside the US may require an additional invoice for shipping costs. At this time, we use USPS or DHL to ship all international orders. All order shipped internationally are final sale and any taxes + duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Our Return Policy

All paintings, prints, products, gift cards and sale items are final sale. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can help. All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.
